What we collect

When you use a tool: your answers to the tool's questions (e.g. company name, headcount, the text you paste in), and — once you choose to unlock a result — your work email and/or phone number. We don't require both; you choose which to give us.

We also record basic product-analytics events (which steps you completed, whether you downloaded a PDF or shared a result) so we can see where tools are confusing or broken. These events are tied to a random session id, not your identity, unless you've already given us an email or phone number in that session.

Why we collect it

To generate the result you asked for, to send it to you if you request a PDF or email copy, and to let a Talstack team member follow up if you've unlocked a result — these tools exist to show what Talstack can do and to route interested people toward it. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Who processes it

Your inputs are sent to Anthropic to generate your result. Submissions and contact details are stored in a Postgres database hosted in the EU. Emails are sent via Resend. Analytics are recorded with PostHog (EU-hosted). If you've unlocked a result, your contact details may be passed to Talstack's sales workflow so a team member can follow up.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted, in line with Nigeria's NDPR and Kenya's Data Protection Act. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it.
